The Foundation was established to collaborate on the construction of the Fresno Veteran Home in Fresno. It took years of hard work to secure approval and complete the building.

State funds for the project were approved on [insert date], and federal funds were approved on [insert date]. Construction began on [insert date] and was completed on [insert date]. The first resident was accepted and moved in on [insert date].

Today, the Foundation raises funds to support the residents. The Phase One Wall of Honor was started on [insert date] and finished on [insert date]. Phase Two is expected to begin in 2027, and the Foundation is currently working to raise funds for this initiative.

The Foundation hosts an Annual Spaghetti Dinner in October, which serves as the major fundraiser to provide Christmas gifts for all residents. Many of the residents do not have local family members, and this effort brings joy to them during the holiday season.
